
Operations Manager
The American Automobile Association (AAA) is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to ensure our day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Our ideal candidate is a highly organized and customer-focused problem solver who is able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize projects while maintaining a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.The successful Operations Manager must possess a mix of technical, managerial, and customer service skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Monitor day-to-day operations of the AAA to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Create and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and quality of service.
- Manage and supervise staff to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Develop and implement systems, processes and strategies to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics and report findings to management.
- Monitor budgets and expenses to ensure the operations remain cost-effective.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and lead team-building activities, trainings, and workshops.
