Job Description

The American Automobile Association (AAA) is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to ensure our day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Our ideal candidate is a highly organized and customer-focused problem solver who is able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize projects while maintaining a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.The successful Operations Manager must possess a mix of technical, managerial, and customer service skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor day-to-day operations of the AAA to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  2. Create and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and quality of service.
  3. Manage and supervise staff to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  4. Develop and implement systems, processes and strategies to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
  5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
  7. Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics and report findings to management.
  8. Monitor budgets and expenses to ensure the operations remain cost-effective.
  9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  10. Develop and lead team-building activities, trainings, and workshops.
