Job Description

AAA is looking for a highly-organized, detail-oriented Road Trip Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative and personalized travel plans for our members. The successful candidate will be a creative individual with a passion for travel, customer service, and problem-solving.You must have a minimum of two years of related experience in the travel industry and a Bachelor's degree in travel and tourism or a related field. You must also demonstrate a strong knowledge of the latest travel trends and be well-versed in popular travel destinations. In addition, you should have excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.If you are an experienced travel planner who loves helping others create amazing travel experiences, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Create innovative and personalized travel plans for AAA members.
  2. Research and stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends and popular travel destinations.
  3. Demonstrate excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  6. Track customer feedback and recommend improvements.
  7. Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
  8. Maintain detailed records of all customer and travel plans.
