Roadside Assistance Technician

AAA is looking for a dedicated and reliable Roadside Assistance Technician to help our members who are in need of help on the road. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and who is an experienced problem solver. The ideal candidate for this role will have outstanding communication and technical skills, as well as a valid driver’s license and experience using a variety of tools and equipment. We are looking for a person who is comfortable working in all weather conditions and is willing to be on call 24/7. 2. Utilize problem-solving skills to accurately diagnose and resolve customer issues.
3. Execute all duties in compliance with safety regulations and standards.
4. Operate and maintain all necessary tools and equipment for roadside assistance.
5. Maintain valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
6. Be available and willing to work on call 24/7 in all weather conditions.
7. Provide thorough documentation of all roadside assistance services performed.
8. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
