Roadside Assistance Technician

At American Automobile Association (AAA), we are looking for a talented and motivated Roadside Assistance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be a critical part of our roadside assistance team, providing our members with the best service possible. We are looking for someone with a passion for helping others and a desire to go above and beyond in providing services to our members. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent customer service skills, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently. You must also be able to handle stressful situations and be willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Additionally, you should have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role and a working knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance. Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service to AAA members in need of roadside assistance.
2. Respond quickly and efficiently to roadside assistance requests and assess the situation to determine the best course of action.
3. Utilize strong organizational and problem-solving skills to provide members with timely assistance.
4. Maintain a valid driver’s license and operate a company vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.
5. Perform basic automotive repairs and maintenance as needed.
6. Maintain accurate records of services provided and charges to members.
7. Manage stressful situations calmly and professionally.
8. Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
9. Remain up-to-date with industry knowledge and new products and services.
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
