Roadside Assistance Technician

At AAA, we seek a passionate and dedicated Roadside Assistance Technician to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service and has a passion for helping others. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto repair and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose various roadside issues. The successful hire will need excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage their own workload. Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to roadside assistance requests in a timely manner.
2. Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot roadside issues quickly and accurately.
3. Communicate effectively with customers regarding the diagnosis and proposed solution.
4. Schedule and manage workload efficiently to meet customer expectations.
5. Provide maintenance and repair of vehicles in accordance with company standards.
6. Work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
7. Remain up to date on auto repair techniques and technology.
8. Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure the safety of customers and coworkers.
9. Maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
