Job Description

As a Roadside Assistance Technician at American Automobile Association (AAA), you will be the go-to person for members facing car trouble. You will be the face of AAA, providing a friendly and professional service to members in need. Our ideal candidate will be a dependable and reliable problem-solver, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.To be successful in this role, you should have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a minimum of two years of roadside assistance experience. In addition, you should have excellent customer service and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and the ability to make quick decisions in emergency situations. Responsibilites:

  1. Provide friendly and professional roadside assistance services to members in need.
  2. Prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
  4. Handle basic automotive repairs and maintenance, as needed.
  5. Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  6. Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
  7. Work independently with minimal supervision.
  8. Follow procedures and safety protocols at all times.
  9. Maintain updated knowledge of automotive trends and technology.
  10. Report any incidents or issues to the management team.
