Are you an experienced Travel Agent looking for an opportunity to join a team of professionals at the American Automobile Association (AAA)? We’re looking for a qualified individual to help our members plan and book their travel. As a Travel Agent, you’ll provide excellent customer service and ensure that members have the necessary information to make informed and educated decisions about their travel plans. To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for travel and a knack for using computer reservation systems.The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, have an eye for detail, and have an ability to stay calm under pressure. Additionally, you should have a valid driver’s license and a clear understanding of airline ticketing and hotel reservations. Responsibilities: -Provide excellent customer service to AAA members while assisting them in planning and booking their travel. -Use computer reservation systems to book reservations. -Maintain a clear understanding of airline ticketing and hotel reservations. -Ensure that members have the necessary information to make informed and educated decisions about their travel plans. -Manage multiple tasks while working under pressure. -Maintain excellent communication and organizational skills. -Assist with any other duties as assigned.
