Responsibilities:

1. Listen to members’ travel needs and preferences and use knowledge of travel industry to plan customized trips
2. Ensure members have a hassle-free and memorable travel experience
3. Develop and maintain relationships with members
4. Utilize travel booking systems to make reservations for members
5. Make recommendations for excursions, restaurants, and other activities to enhance members’ trips
6. Remain up-to-date on current travel trends, regulations, and policies
7. Resolve customer service inquiries in a timely manner
8. Provide guidance and assistance to members throughout the entire trip-planning process
9. Maintain accurate documentation of all trips and reservations
10. Remain organized and manage multiple tasks independently
