Job Description

At American Automobile Association (AAA), we are looking for an enthusiastic Travel Agent to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, an eye for detail, and an ability to think outside the box. As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for helping our members and customers plan and book their travel, ensuring they get the best deals and experience possible. You will also need to be comfortable with new technologies, as you will be using a variety of online and in-person tools to help customers. If you have a passion for travel and a desire to make a difference in the lives of our members, then this may be the perfect job for you!

Responsibilities of a Travel Agent at AAA include:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to AAA members and customers while booking their travel.
  2. Research and offer customers the best deals possible on their travel plans.
  3. Use a variety of online and in-person tools to assist customers with their travel plans.
  4. Maintain knowledge of current travel trends and destinations to better serve customers.
  5. Review customer documents for accuracy and completeness.
  6. Assist customers in resolving any issues they may have in regards to their travel plans.
  7. Keep track of customer records and data in order to provide an efficient and effective travel planning experience.
  8. Offer recommendations and advice to customers on the best places to visit and activities to do while traveling.
  9. Stay up to date with changes in the travel industry to ensure the best customer experience.
