American Automobile Association (AAA) is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Travel Agent to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. The Travel Agent will be responsible for creating and managing customized travel packages for clients. This includes researching, booking, and confirming travel arrangements, as well as providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience in the travel industry, excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of the travel industry and the ability to work with various computer software is also required. Responsibilities:

-Design and create customized travel packages for clients -Research, book, and confirm travel arrangements for clients -Provide exceptional customer service -Stay up-to-date on the latest travel industry trends and changes -Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner -Maintain accurate records of customer travel reservations -Work independently as well as part of a team -Utilize various computer software and programs to assist with travel planning -Foster relationships with vendors and partners in the travel industry
