Travel Agent

AAA is looking for a motivated and experienced Travel Agent to join our team of professionals. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and customers. You’ll be the front line contact for the AAA Travel Agency, helping customers with their travel plans and providing them with pertinent information.The ideal candidate for this position has excellent customer service skills, is able to work independently and as part of a team, is able to handle difficult situations with poise and professionalism, and is detail-oriented and able to multi-task. You must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have at least two years of experience in the travel industry. Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service to AAA members and customers.
2. Assist customers with their travel plans and provide them with pertinent information.

9. Assist in planning and organizing travel excursions for groups and individuals.
10. Utilize knowledge of geography, customs, and cultures to ensure customer satisfaction.
11. Speak and understand Spanish or other languages (preferred).
