Responsibilities:

• Develop new manufacturing processes and identify process improvements for the organization

• Ensure compliance with established engineering standards

• Monitor and review the performance of processes and products to ensure they meet safety, quality, and cost containment requirements

• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues

• Participate in design reviews, process validation, and product launch activities

• Create and maintain detailed documentation for processes and products

• Prepare and present technical reports to internal stakeholders

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Manage and maintain project timelines and budgets

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost savings measures
