Job Description

In this position, the intern will learn how to take skills they have acquired in school related to their areas of interest, and then apply them in a professional setting. Develop, design, and execute projects with members of the Talent Acquisition Team. Document and present your own work to internal teams and stakeholders. Collaborate with all Talent Acquisition team members to ensure success of your project. Creating, updating, and managing job descriptions. Sourcing and filtering candidate resumes for open positions.Leveraging Taleo, our applicant tracking system, to support our talent selection process including candidate communication, interview coordination, and candidate assessments.

Job Qualifications
  • Open to current students enrolled at a university and recent graduates who graduated within the 12-month period prior to the start of the internship.

  • Experience supporting and partnering with dispersed stakeholders and team members

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism throughout the entire recruiting process.
