As a NERC Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company remains compliant with all NERC (North American Electric Reliability Corporation) standards and regulations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of NERC compliance requirements and a passion for promoting a culture of compliance within our organization.   1. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure that all company operations and processes are in compliance with NERC standards and regulations.
  2. Stay up-to-date with any changes or updates to NERC requirements and communicate these changes to relevant departments and stakeholders.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  5. Assist in the creation and maintenance of compliance documentation, including reports, records, and training materials.
  6. Lead training sessions and workshops to educate employees on NERC compliance requirements and best practices.
  7. Serve as a point of contact for NERC-related inquiries and provide guidance and support to employees at all levels of the organization.
  8. Conduct investigations into any potential compliance violations and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
  9. Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to NERC and other regulatory agencies.
  10. Participate in industry conferences and forums to stay informed of best practices and new developments in NERC compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business, Or A Related Field

  • Knowledge Of Nerc (North American Electric Reliability Corporation) Standards And Compliance Requirements

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Nerc Compliance Or Related Field

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Information To Internal And External Stakeholders.
