
NERC Compliance Specialist

- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure that all company operations and processes are in compliance with NERC standards and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with any changes or updates to NERC requirements and communicate these changes to relevant departments and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of compliance documentation, including reports, records, and training materials.
- Lead training sessions and workshops to educate employees on NERC compliance requirements and best practices.
- Serve as a point of contact for NERC-related inquiries and provide guidance and support to employees at all levels of the organization.
- Conduct investigations into any potential compliance violations and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
- Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to NERC and other regulatory agencies.
- Participate in industry conferences and forums to stay informed of best practices and new developments in NERC compliance.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business, Or A Related Field
Knowledge Of Nerc (North American Electric Reliability Corporation) Standards And Compliance Requirements
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Nerc Compliance Or Related Field
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Information To Internal And External Stakeholders.
