
Human Resources Administrator
At American Express Global Business Travel, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Human Resources Administrator to join our HR team. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing support to the Human Resources department by performing a variety of HR-related administrative duties. Responsibilities: • Provide support to the Human Resources department by performing a variety of HR-related administrative duties. • Maintain confidentiality of all employee information. • Assist in the recruitment process, from posting job openings to conducting interviews. • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. • Manage employee records, including hiring documents, personnel files, and benefits information. • Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees. • Monitor attendance and maintain accurate timekeeping records. • Facilitate employee training sessions. • Respond to employee inquiries in a timely manner. • Update and maintain employee databases. • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration. • Compile reports and analyze data related to personnel activities. • Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws.
