Job Description

At American Express Global Business Travel, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Manager, Client Management to join our team. This position will be responsible for strengthening and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure that their business travel needs are met. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in client management, business travel, and/or hospitality. We are looking for a customer-service oriented leader who has excellent verbal and written communication skills, a proven track record of building successful partnerships, and the ability to think strategically and creatively.We are an organization that values collaboration, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their business travel needs are met.
  2. Lead client meetings to foster collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  3. Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively address customer inquiries and complaints.
  4. Develop strategic plans and creative solutions to address client needs.
  5. Monitor client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement.
  6. Track and analyze customer data to better understand their needs.
  7. Manage customer relationships through the entire customer lifecycle.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer loyalty and retention.
  10. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
