
Manager Hotel Commercial
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Manager Hotel Commercial to join the American Express Global Business Travel team. Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for the travel and hospitality industry. The successful applicant will be expected to work with our hotel partners to deliver the most competitive and cost-effective rates for our travelers, and to help drive sales and profits. They will need to negotiate and manage the hotel portfolio, build strong relationships with our hotel partners, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure our travelers have the best possible experience. To be successful in this role, the Manager Hotel Commercial must have: • A bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field • At least 5 years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work with stakeholders of all levels • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly • A valid driver’s license If you’re an ambitious and motivated professional with a passion for the travel and hospitality industry, we’d love to hear from you.
