Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
- Manage employee records, including entering and updating personal information, tracking vacation and sick days, and ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws.
- Oversee HR administrative processes, such as recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance with payroll, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Assist with developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics.
- Liaise with external partners such as insurance providers and government agencies.
- Remain up-to-date with changes in payroll and HR regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment and ensure employee satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
