They should also have a strong understanding of the travel industry, including airline reservations, hotel bookings, car rental, and reimbursement processes. Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service to corporate and leisure travelers
2. Assist customers in booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services
3. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire travel process
4. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new travel options
6. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
7. Research and suggest cost-effective travel solutions
8. Process customer payments and reimbursements accurately and efficiently
9. Maintain customer records and other travel documents
10. Assist customers with any other travel-related needs or questions
11. Work collaboratively with other Travel Consultants and departments to meet customer needs and ensure a successful travel experience
