At American Express Global Business Travel, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced VIP Travel Counselor to join our team. As a VIP Travel Counselor, you will be responsible for providing our VIP travelers with exceptional customer service and ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for delivering impeccable customer service and a strong understanding of the travel industry. You should be highly organized and have excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise.We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who will take initiative, act with integrity, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to VIP travelers to ensure they have a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.
  2. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the travel industry, including current trends and best practices.
  3. Respond quickly and efficiently to customer inquiries and complaints.
  4. Research and book travel arrangements according to customer needs and preferences.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
  6. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  7. Keep detailed records of customer requests and transactions.
  8. Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Proactively anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise.
  10. Demonstrate a positive attitude and take initiative to exceed customer expectations.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
