
Analyst – Digital Customer Growth Marketing
Support the marketing of proven treatments, including cross-sells, upgrades, and standalone supplemental cards across Customer Shop in partnership with leader and peers. Manage a robust marketing calendar across 17+ Card products in acquisition, including creative development for new product launches, refreshes, LTOs, and minor site enhancements. Proactively identify opportunities for growth; work with EDDS to prioritize and build feature enhancements to enable better Card Member experiences and increase response. Partner with analytics to understand channel performance, translate data into insights, and optimize accordingly. Support the development of the channel forecast, monthly reporting/commentary, and R&O process. Communicate strategic priorities, performance, and insights to partners in an effective, storytelling manner.
2+ years of Digital Marketing experience preferred
