  • Develop and execute training programs and communication initiatives to support organizational goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training needs and identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of training and communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement
  • Create engaging and innovative training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in training and communication
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels within the organization
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of training and communication initiatives and make adjustments as needed
  • Partner with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevancy of training content
  • Communicate training and communication plans and updates to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization
  • Stay current with technology and tools to enhance training and communication efforts
  • Act as a mentor and coach to team members and provide guidance on training and communication best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Communications, Training And Development, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Training Or Communications Role, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Project Management Skills And Experience In Developing And Delivering Effective Training Programs.

  • Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Information To A Diverse Audience.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Experience With Learning Management Systems (Lms) And Other Training Software.
