Job Description

In this role you will be part of a team that is responsible for the daily processing of: Wire Transfers, ACH transactions, Mobile Check Deposits, Official Check requests, Internal transfers, Account closures and any other required monetary or servicing requests. All Monetary Operations processes are highly regulated and scrutinized by Compliance, Internal/External audit as well as Federal Regulators. You'll provide personalized customer service of the highest level by supporting our Customer First framework, establishing rapport, and presenting a positive, friendly attitude. As a Monetary Operations Colleague you will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls on accounts while maintaining a professional working relationship between American Express, the customer and external banks.

Job Qualifications
  • 2+ years’ experience in Operations or Banking preferred

  • Proven adaptability to a quickly changing environment

  • Ability to work under pressure and with limited supervision while managing multiple tasks effectively

  • Ability to research information for business related purposes and proficiency with Microsoft Office products
