Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer inquiries with a high level of professionalism and empathy
  2. Utilize customer service software and web navigation
  3. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  4. Remain current on all product offerings and services
  5. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  6. Maintain customer satisfaction by providing helpful solutions
  7. Track and follow-up with customers to ensure their inquiries are addressed
  8. Monitor customer feedback and trends
  9. Maintain a high level of confidentiality with customer information
  10. Work in a fast-paced environment while meeting all customer service standards
