  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a deep understanding of user needs and business goals.
  2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for new and existing digital products.
  3. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven design decisions.
  4. Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and accuracy during implementation.
  5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design to continuously improve our digital products.
  6. Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all digital platforms.
  7. Advocate for the user by identifying and addressing pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  8. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and priorities.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on UI/UX design, providing guidance and mentorship to other team members.
  10. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.
  11. Continuously gather and incorporate feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members to iterate and improve designs.
  12. Take ownership of projects and meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities and tasks.
  13. Proactively identify and address potential design issues, offering creative solutions to solve problems.
  14. Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to stakeholders and team members.
  15. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the UI/UX team by sharing knowledge, ideas, and best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Graphic Design, Or Related Field

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Ui/Ux Design, Preferably In A Corporate Or Financial Setting

  • Strong Proficiency In Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, And Invision

  • Experience With Html, Css, And Javascript For Front-End Development

  • Proven Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Design Ideas And Solutions.
