- Conduct financial analysis to support key business decisions and provide strategic recommendations.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast company performance and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data and provide insights for budgeting and planning purposes.
- Monitor and report on financial performance against forecast, highlighting any variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of new financial planning and forecasting processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to inform financial forecasts and analysis.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's financial goals and objectives and assist in developing strategies to achieve them.
- Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
- Adhere to all financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Mentor and train junior analysts to develop their financial analysis skills.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis, Planning, And Forecasting.
Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail.
Proficiency In Financial Modeling And Data Analysis Software, Such As Excel And Tableau.
Knowledge Of Financial Industry Trends And Regulations, Particularly In The Credit Card And Payment Processing Sector.
