Information Security Specialist
Threat analysis and evaluation support to help define and enhance threat detection and protection capabilities. Collaboration with technology and business partners across functions/processes to ensure alignment, understanding and ongoing communication on security controls, IT risk management and regulatory/compliance requirements. Make recommendations and assist in the implementation of changes to strengthen processes, procedures and compliance resulting in enhanced information security, service continuity or reduced IT risk. Support Cloud based strategy and solutioning for Threat Detection & Protection. On-call support. The Information Security Specialist will provide technical operational support and engineering of Threat detection/protection solutions and capabilities across a Global Enterprise network.
Significant experience (+5 years) and demonstrated expertise working in the fields of Information and Network Security
Data analysis thru events and logs in a SIEM
Knowledge and experience working in Cloud services and Clod based Threat detection services – AWS, Azure, GCP
Understand malware/malicious patterns and behaviors, able to define controls or policies
