Manager - Executive Protection
Responsible for providing the physical protection and security of the Company's senior leaders by monitoring their business agendas, travel itineraries and event attendance. Provide executive protection and other security-related functions for American Express senior leaders during domestic and/or international assignments. Conduct and oversee protective advance planning with security teams globally. Transport senior leaders to events and appointments. Respond to emergencies and perform appropriate medical aid as required. Manage Global Security operations of colleague global events. Manage global security regions related to EP and event assignments, to include managing EP event costs. Operate and maintain protective operations and communications equipment. Promptly identify and escalate deficiencies/failures.
Must obtain a New York State armed license and an HR218.
Ability to foster positive relationships with internal and external partners.
Preferred experience in Corporate Executive Protection, and former law enforcement experience
Ability to prioritize and effectively communicate requirements to AmEx executives and Global Security leadership.
