Job Description

Lead TLS marketing personalization strategy, specifically across email channel Lead and build a comprehensive trigger marketing plan, using various data points to create highly-personalized customer journeys. Ensure plans reflect both marketing and servicing-related communications, with a view for customer touchpoints throughout the booking journey. Collaborate with key stakeholders across marketing, digital product, tech and data and analytics to deliver comprehensive and innovative communications. Partner with Enterprise Digital and TLS teams to create innovative personalization solutions to deliver highly relevant end-to-end journeys. Serve as TLS thought leader for marketing automation and personalization; represent TLS among Enterprise Digital teams to ensure use cases are included in roadmaps and prioritization.

  • 5-7 years direct marketing experience required; subject matter expertise/experience with marketing automation platforms
