  1. Develop and implement innovative paid media strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  2. Identify and secure impactful sponsorships that align with the company's values and objectives.
  3. Manage existing partnerships and cultivate new ones to drive business results and create meaningful connections.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that incorporate paid media, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  5. Analyze and report on the performance of paid media campaigns, sponsorships, and partnerships, making data-driven recommendations for future initiatives.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media, sponsorships, and partnerships to continuously improve and optimize strategies.
  7. Develop and manage budgets for paid media, sponsorships, and partnerships, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
  9. Lead and mentor a team of paid media, sponsorships, and partnerships professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network, build relationships, and identify new opportunities for partnerships.
  11. Ensure all paid media, sponsorships, and partnerships align with the company's brand and values.
  12. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all partnerships and sponsorships are in line with company policies and guidelines.
  13. Monitor and track competitor activities in the paid media, sponsorships, and partnerships space to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of paid media, sponsorships, and partnerships strategies to drive business growth and maximize return on investment.
  15. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on the performance of paid media, sponsorships, and partnerships initiatives.

  • Strong Negotiation And Relationship Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Negotiate And Manage Relationships With External Partners, Vendors, And Agencies. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Successful Partnerships.

  • Analytical Mindset And Data-Driven Decision-Making: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Analytical Mindset And Be Able To Use Data And Metrics To Make Informed Decisions And Optimize Campaigns And Partnerships For Maximum Impact.
