  1. Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and strategies to protect the company's assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential risks to the company's operations, products, and services.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation plans and strategies.
  4. Monitor and analyze risk data to identify trends and proactively identify potential risks.
  5. Communicate risk management findings and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the company's risk management practices are in line with best practices.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of risk management professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of the company's risk landscape.
  9. Manage the company's insurance portfolio and work with insurance providers to ensure adequate coverage.
  10. Develop and maintain risk management reporting and metrics to track and communicate risk management performance.
  11. Participate in company-wide risk management training and awareness programs to promote a strong risk management culture.
  12. Continuously review and improve risk management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Risk Management Principles, Practices, And Regulations.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions.
