Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum 2-3 Years Of Experience In Account Management Or Customer Service, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience Working With Crm Systems.
Knowledge Of Financial Products And Services Offered By American Express, As Well As Industry Trends And Competitive Landscape.
