Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Account Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Services And Products, Particularly Credit Cards And Payment Processing.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Proficiency In Using Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Software And Other Relevant Tools For Tracking And Managing Customer Accounts.
