We are looking for a Senior Associate, Digital Product Management to join our American Express team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the digital product management strategy for our business. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and lead digital product management strategies to drive business goals
  2. Utilize strong business judgment and communication skills to create successful customer-centric products and services
  3. Develop and manage a portfolio of digital products and services
  4. Monitor performance of products and services and implement improvements as needed
  5. Analyze customer feedback and use insights to inform product development and improvement
  6. Develop marketing plans and campaigns to promote digital products and services
  7. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and maintenance of digital products and services
  8. Monitor industry trends and identify new opportunities for product innovation
  9. Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to ensure successful product rollout and adoption
  10. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on product performance and progress
