- Develop and implement data governance strategies to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of our data assets.
- Oversee the management of our data assets, including data quality, data security, and data privacy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain data standards, policies, and procedures.
- Lead the development and implementation of data governance tools and processes to improve data management efficiency.

Extensive Experience In Data Governance And Management: A Senior Manager Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Data Governance And Management, With A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Data Governance Programs.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills: The Role Of A Senior Manager Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage Cross-Functional Teams, Including Data Stewards, Data Analysts, And It Professionals. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Building And Managing High-Performing Teams.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Compliance And Industry Standards: American Express Is A Highly Regulated Industry, And The Senior Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Data Privacy And Security Regulations, As Well As Industry Standards Such As Gdpr And Pci Dss.
