  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for network product development and management, in accordance with company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead a team of product managers and analysts, providing guidance and support to drive success and innovation in network product development.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends, and use this information to inform product strategy and development.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless product launch and ongoing management.
  5. Manage the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, including defining product requirements, creating timelines, and managing budgets.
  6. Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and making data-driven recommendations for optimizations.
  7. Stay informed about industry developments, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product roadmap and strategy.
  8. Work closely with sales teams to understand customer feedback and incorporate it into product development plans.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in the development and management of network products.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
  11. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
  12. Mentor and develop team members, providing opportunities for growth and promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  13. Communicate product updates, milestones, and key performance indicators to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  14. Maintain strong relationships with key partners and vendors, negotiating contracts and managing relationships to support product development and management.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness in network product development and management.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Network Product Development And Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Developing And Managing Network Products, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Leadership And Strategic Thinking Skills: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Should Be Able To Provide Direction And Lead A Team Of Product Managers Towards Achieving Business Goals. They Should Also Possess Strong Strategic Thinking Skills To Identify Opportunities And Drive Product Innovation.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Payment Networks And Industry Trends: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Payment Networks, Including Card Networks, Digital Wallets, And Emerging Technologies. They Should Also Keep Abreast Of Industry Trends And Be Able To Leverage Them To Drive Product Development.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Product Launches: The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Launching New Products And Managing Product Lifecycles. This Includes Defining Product Strategy, Conducting Market Research, And Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams To Bring Products To Market.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Will Be Required To Liaise With Various Stakeholders, Including Internal Teams, External Partners, And Senior Leadership. Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential To Ensure Alignment And Drive Product Success.
