  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of American Express' business objectives and translate them into effective technology solutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide technical guidance to ensure solutions align with overall enterprise architecture.
  3. Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including diagrams, process flows, and technical specifications.
  4. Design and implement innovative solutions using industry best practices and emerging technologies to support business growth and improve efficiency.
  5. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the company's technology landscape.
  6. Lead and participate in technical reviews, providing recommendations and solutions to complex problems.
  7. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in enterprise architecture, and incorporate them into the company's technology strategy.
  9. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  10. Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  11. Communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing updates on project status and presenting architectural solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  12. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of existing solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and support to other teams within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Enterprise Architecture And Solutions Design, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Enterprise Architecture Frameworks, Such As Togaf Or Zachman, And Experience Implementing Them In Large Organizations.

  • Strong Technical Skills And Proficiency In A Variety Of Technologies, Including Cloud Computing, Data Warehousing, Application Integration, And Security.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
