4. Utilize strong customer service and communication skills to resolve customer concerns.
5. Prioritize tasks and activities in order to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Remain knowledgeable of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations and ensure compliance.
7. Work independently and collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Prepare detailed reports for management and other insurance representatives.
