  1. Conduct risk analysis and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks for the company.
  2. Utilize actuarial methods and models to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to gather data and provide insights for business planning and decision-making.
  4. Communicate complex actuarial concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in actuarial science to continuously improve processes and strategies.
  6. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
  7. Develop and maintain actuarial reports, presentations, and other documentation to support business decisions.
  8. Work closely with underwriters and other team members to assess potential risks and determine appropriate pricing strategies.
  9. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior actuarial analysts.
  10. Adhere to regulatory and compliance standards in all actuarial practices.
  11. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and services.
  13. Participate in training and development opportunities to expand actuarial knowledge and skills.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all actuarial practices.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Professional Certification As An Actuary (E.g. Asa, Fsa, Or Acas).

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Actuarial Roles, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Proficiency In Statistical Modeling And Data Analysis.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Actuarial Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
