  1. Develop and implement strategies to manage environmental risks for AIG clients.
  2. Utilize actuarial science principles to analyze and assess environmental risks.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance AIG's sustainability initiatives.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis of environmental issues and their potential impact on AIG's business.
  5. Maintain a deep understanding of current and emerging environmental regulations and trends.
  6. Communicate complex actuarial concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Use data and statistical models to forecast and evaluate environmental risks.
  8. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance AIG's environmental risk management strategies.
  9. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices related to environmental risk management.
  10. Collaborate with other actuarial professionals to develop innovative solutions for environmental risk management.
  11. Prepare and present reports and presentations on environmental risk management to senior management.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to environmental sustainability.
  13. Mentor and train junior team members on environmental risk management and actuarial science principles.
  14. Provide support and expertise to other departments and teams within AIG on environmental risk-related matters.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on environmental risk management for AIG and its clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Associate Of The Society Of Actuaries (Asa) Designation

  • Bachelor's Degree In Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Or A Related Field

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In The Insurance Industry, With A Focus On Environmental Risks

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Proficiency In Actuarial Modeling Software

  • Knowledge Of Environmental Regulations And Industry Trends, Including Climate Change And Sustainability Initiatives.
