- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers to drive business growth and increase revenue for AIG.
- Understand the needs and preferences of brokers and provide them with customized solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to brokers.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities within the broker network and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Act as a main point of contact for brokers and address their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with brokers to promote AIG's products and services.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with brokers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate broker performance, and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements and ensure that brokers are adhering to them.
- Maintain accurate records of all broker interactions and activities in the company's CRM system.
- Represent AIG at industry events and conferences to network with brokers and promote the company's brand.
- Train and mentor new Broker Relationship Managers and provide ongoing support to the team.
- Continuously strive to improve and enhance the broker experience with AIG.
