- Lead and manage a team of claims specialists to ensure efficient and effective handling of airline and severe loss claims.
- Utilize expert knowledge of the aviation industry to analyze and assess complex claims and make sound decisions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and evidence to support claims.
- Develop and implement claim handling strategies to minimize loss and maximize recovery.
- Monitor and track claims to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
- Review and evaluate claims documents, reports, and policies to determine coverage and liability.
- Communicate with clients, brokers, and other parties involved in the claims process to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Conduct investigations and negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve claim handling processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in handling airline and severe loss claims.
- Maintain accurate and organized claims records and documentation.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Risk Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Claims Management, Specifically In The Airline And Severe Loss Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Policies, Regulations, And Industry Standards Related To Airline And Severe Loss Claims.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Resolve Complex Claims.
Proven Leadership And Team Management Experience, With The Ability To Provide Guidance And Support To A Team Of Claims Professionals.
