  1. Process and evaluate complex insurance claims related to accidents and health issues.
  2. Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Conduct thorough investigations to determine coverage and eligibility for claims.
  4. Review and analyze policy documents, medical records, and other relevant information to make informed decisions on claims.
  5. Communicate with policyholders, healthcare providers, and other involved parties to gather necessary information and resolve any issues.
  6. Maintain detailed and accurate records of claims, including all relevant documents and correspondence.
  7. Identify potential fraudulent claims and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
  8. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient and effective claims processing.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to insurance claims.
  10. Provide excellent customer service to policyholders by addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  11. Participate in department meetings and trainings to enhance knowledge and skills.
  12. Mentor and train new claims examiners as needed.
  13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  14. Assist in special projects or assignments as assigned by management.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business, Finance, Or Insurance.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Claims Examination, Preferably In The Accident & Health Insurance Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Policies And Procedures, Including Experience With Claims Processing Software.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Sound Decisions Based On Complex Information.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Negotiate And Resolve Conflicts With Clients, Policyholders, And Other Stakeholders.
