  1. Manage and oversee the collections process for clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of outstanding accounts.
  2. Utilize exceptional communication skills to interact with clients and negotiate payment plans or settlements.
  3. Maintain a high level of customer service by providing timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and concerns.
  4. Collaborate with other departments within the company to gather necessary information and provide updates on collection progress.
  5. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the collections process.
  6. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and client interactions.
  8. Monitor and analyze collection trends and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  9. Train and mentor junior collection representatives to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
  10. Handle escalated or complex collection cases and provide guidance and support to junior representatives as needed.
  11. Prioritize and manage a high volume of accounts to ensure timely and effective collections.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with clients and colleagues.
  13. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve collection processes.
  14. Adhere to company and departmental goals and contribute to the overall success of the collections team.
  15. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and accuracy in all collection activities.
  16. Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  17. Continuously strive to meet and exceed collection targets and performance metrics.
  18. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  19. Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive client information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Collections, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Collection Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Handle Difficult Conversations With Customers.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Experience Working With Collection Software Systems.
