  1. Develop and implement credit risk management strategies, policies, and procedures for AIG's global portfolio.
  2. Identify, monitor, and mitigate credit risks across various business lines and geographies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify potential risks, and develop risk mitigation plans.
  4. Utilize your strong analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas of improvement in credit risk management.
  5. Communicate complex concepts and findings to stakeholders at all levels in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in credit risk management to ensure AIG's policies and procedures are aligned with industry standards.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, risk management teams, and regulators.
  8. Provide guidance and expertise on credit risk issues to business units and senior management.
  9. Collaborate with IT and data management teams to improve data quality and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  10. Drive informed decision-making by providing actionable insights and recommendations based on your analysis.
  11. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of AIG's credit risk management processes and make recommendations for improvements.
  12. Mentor and train junior team members on credit risk principles and methodologies.
  13. Maintain a thorough understanding of AIG's business operations and the impact of credit risk on the company's financial performance.
  14. Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to credit risk management.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of credit risk management processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Quantitative Field Such As Mathematics, Statistics, Finance Or Economics.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Credit Risk Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Statistical And Data Analysis Tools Such As Sas, R, Or Python.

  • Knowledge Of Credit Risk Models And Regulatory Requirements, Such As Basel Iii And Dodd-Frank.
