  1. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities for the organization.
  2. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for corporate development.
  3. Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships to support the company's growth strategy.
  4. Prepare detailed financial models and perform due diligence to assess the viability and potential impact of potential deals.
  5. Provide recommendations and insights based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
  6. Communicate and present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform and guide corporate development strategies.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with external partners and industry experts to support the company's growth objectives.
  9. Take ownership of project management for assigned corporate development initiatives.
  10. Identify potential risks and challenges and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  11. Mentor and guide junior analysts on the team.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of corporate development initiatives.
  13. Represent the company in external meetings and events related to corporate development.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve corporate development processes and procedures.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain the highest level of professionalism at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Development Or Related Field.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or Related Field; Mba Preferred.

  • Strong Financial Modeling And Analytical Skills, Including Proficiency In Excel And Other Financial Software.

  • Experience In Conducting Due Diligence And Financial Analysis For Potential Mergers And Acquisitions.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information To Senior Management And External Stakeholders.
