- Lead and guide technical direction for PEGA PRPC projects within American International Group.
- Utilize expertise in PEGA PRPC to develop and implement high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry developments and recommend innovative solutions to improve processes and systems.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to PEGA PRPC projects.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Remain accountable for the overall technical integrity of PEGA PRPC projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of PEGA PRPC with other systems.
- Continuously evaluate and improve PEGA PRPC architecture to enhance efficiency and scalability.

At Least 7 Years Of Experience Working With Pega Prpc, Including Experience With Large-Scale Implementations And Complex Business Processes.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Technical Teams And Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Strong Understanding Of Pega Prpc Architecture, Design Patterns, And Best Practices.
Extensive Knowledge Of Software Development Life Cycle (Sdlc) And Agile Methodologies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
