  6. Evaluate and manage underwriting submissions and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  7. Utilize underwriting software and tools to support decision-making processes.
  8. Identify potential risks and make recommendations for risk reduction and mitigation.
  9. Review and negotiate policy terms and conditions to provide the best coverage for clients.
  10. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance underwriting skills and knowledge.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized records of underwriting activities.
  12. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain ethical standards and promote a positive work environment.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as claims and finance, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  14. Support business growth and profitability by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  15. Represent the company at industry events and conferences as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Underwriting Financial Lines Insurance Products, Preferably In The Non-Profit Sector.

  • Strong Understanding Of Insurance Principles And Regulations, Particularly In The Us Market.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Assess Risk And Make Sound Underwriting Decisions.
