High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Education Requirement For A Blood Collection Staff At American Red Cross Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Level Of Education And Can Effectively Communicate And Follow Instructions.
Prior Experience In Phlebotomy Or Healthcare: Candidates With Prior Experience In Phlebotomy Or Healthcare Are Preferred For This Role. This Demonstrates Their Understanding Of Blood Collection Procedures, Safety Protocols, And Familiarity With Medical Terminology.
