- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all donations and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to blood collection equipment.
- Educate donors on the importance of blood donation and provide information on donation eligibility and the donation process.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork, respect, and diversity.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.
Completion Of An Accredited Phlebotomy Training Program.
Certification As A Phlebotomist From A Recognized Organization, Such As The American Society For Clinical Pathology (Ascp) Or The National Phlebotomy Association (Npa).
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience In Blood Collection And Handling Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With A Diverse Group Of Donors And Co-Workers.
